Can I track my order?    

Answer: Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time?  

Answer: If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Do you ship internationally?   

Answer: No, but we will start shipping internationally next year March again like we did at first.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?   

Answer: Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, but it depends on the order status.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?   

Answer: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

Every item is tested by our team, shipped internationally from China and USA, and backed by human support so South Africans can step into the future without waiting for the next paycheck.
